Think Concepts has one focus which is customer service. All products we sell carry a minimum two year onsite warranty within our call out regions.

Additionally, all customers have membership to our toll-free telephone support. We suggest you contact us should you have a support question and we will discuss the most appropriate way forward.

Our toll-free telephone support service is 24 hours 7 days a week. Simply dial 0800 4THINK (484 465) to speak to our on-call support staff, easy help without confusing the non-technical.

We also hold copies of all driver files and data backups from repair work should you require any of these resources, we suggest you make contact with us.
