.:: Pharmacy IT
In the early stages of developing the business I was lucky to encounter my first Pharmacy Client. Some months later we had a stack of them, and it was becoming clear to me that this was a niche market we could get our hands dirty with. In the end, the success comes down to the quality of the overall product you’re delivering and dedicating yourself to doing one thing that you know and doing it really well.
The end result to a Pharmacy client is that our whole team understands the Pharmacy business model, its intricacies and day to day challenges. It’s a situation of having a nurtured IT focus for the pharmacy rather than sporadic parts of the puzzle coming from many different suppliers.
The range of services we extend to the Pharmacy market is quite extensive incorporating Consumables, IT equipment, AV equipment, Security Equipment, Payroll Software, Accounting Software, Internet Services, Eftpos Systems, Telecommunications Products and Services.
The pathway to becoming a client starts with an IT audit where we gather a huge amount of valuable information and then develop a strategic plan for the future. We record the information in such a way that at any point in time we are able to generate documentation on how the system works, this allows for quick fault repairs by any of our team members.
