Our Story

Where we came from and how we’ve evolved

When Think Concepts was founded in Auckland in 2002, pharmacy IT was our speciality. Thanks to our unique understanding of the market, we were able to gain an early advantage by offering customers a single point of contact for software and hardware installation, IT support services, and pharmacy procurement.

Early adopters of technology with consistently high standards, we soon earned many glowing referrals and decided to expand our range of services to customers from all industries, nationwide. Our client base grew quickly, as did our company. By 2010, we had expanded our physical presence with another office in Wellington and in 2014 one in Tauranga. 

The following year, long-time employees Ahlam AyoubZadeh and Simon Davis were appointed CEO and COO, respectively, and purchased the business from the company’s founder in 2018.

Under their forward-thinking leadership, we’ve become known for punching above our weight while still looking after the clients who were with us from day one. Our partnerships include AMP Capital Shopping Centers and Spark NZ, and our team has completed successful nationwide rollouts for the ANZ Bank, Lotto NZ and more.
